Job summary

EL1 Sports is hiring a Lead Baseball Instructor to implement top-quality training for youth athletes and teams. You will report to the facility Program Manager and help ensure curriculum is delivered consistently across sessions.

The role emphasizes coaching, relationship-building with players and families, and alignment with EL1’s mission while supporting operations and event participation at MLB/MiLB venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of baseball and softball.
• Verifiable playing and/or coaching experience at the collegiate and/or professional level.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-field baseball/softball training and instruction.
• Ensure curriculum is implemented across sessions.
• Assist with setup, teardown, and equipment.
• Engage with players, parents and coaches to foster relationships.
• Travel for events and competitions as needed.
