Job summary

EL1 is a leading youth baseball and softball training partner of Major League Baseball. The Lead Softball Instructor will implement high-quality training for youth athletes at facilities and mobile sites, ensuring curriculum fidelity and excellent customer experience.

The role includes managing check-ins, rotations, and equipment, mentoring staff, and upholding EL1’s mission and values in daily operations. Bachelor’s degree preferred; coaching/instruction experience valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of softball and competitive play.
• Experience coaching or instructing youth and HS players.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to set up, breakdown, and move equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality softball training programs at facilities and mobile locations.
• Ensure staff implement curriculum and maintain EL1 standards.
• Manage check-in, attendance, rotations, and equipment setup/breakdown.
• Support programming development and staff training.
• Represent EL1 with professionalism and uphold policies.
