i9 Sports - West/Southwest Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Program Director to partner with the Area Developer to run the local franchise and help kids succeed in life through sports. You will manage day-to-day operations, marketing, coach recruitment, and customer service while ensuring brand standards are met.

The role involves staffing, rosters, scheduling, and overseeing leagues, camps, and clinics, with office two days per week and some work-from-home days. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules.
• Strong safety awareness and problem-solving.
• Able to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist in the creation and execution of a business marketing plan.
• Manage/supervise part-time staff and volunteer coaches.
• Serve as a lead for all league-wide communications.
• Develop rosters, schedules, and programming for various sports.
• Oversee the daily operation of youth sports leagues, camps, and clinics.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.
• Office 2 days a week (Work from Home Tuesday/Thursday).
• Weekly road signs routes.
