Job summary

i9 Sports is seeking a Program Director to work with the Area Developer to help kids succeed in life through sports. The role manages day-to-day operations of the local franchise, including marketing, coach recruitment, game-day supervision, and customer service, while upholding brand standards.

The position oversees marketing plans, staff coordination, communications, and programming across various sports, ensuring a fun, safe, and engaging experience for families and players.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
• Self-starter who can work independently and solve problems.
• Ability to take charge to ensure player safety in any situation.
• Positive attitude and ability to build professional relationships.
• Flexible schedule including some nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist in creating and executing a business marketing plan.
• Manage and supervise part-time staff and volunteer coaches.
• Lead all league-wide communications.
• Develop rosters, schedules, and programming for various sports.
• Oversee daily operation of youth leagues, camps, and clinics.
• Maintain a consistently positive attitude and high level of customer service.
• Office 2 days a week; work from home Tue/Thu.
• Coordinate weekly road signs routes.
