i9 Sports Corporation is seeking a Program Director to work with the Area Developer in running the local franchise operations, including marketing, staff recruitment, and game-day execution. You will uphold brand standards and ensure programs run smoothly across leagues, camps, and clinics.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to take charge to ensure player safety in any situation.
• Positive attitude and ability to build professional relationships.
• Willing to work a varied schedule including some nights and weekends.
• Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee & assist in the creation and execution of a business marketing plan.
• Manage/supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coaches.
• Serve as a lead for all league-wide communications.
• Develop rosters, schedules, and programming for various sports.
• Oversee the daily operations of youth sports leagues, camps, and clinics.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.
