Job summary

i9 Sports - East Shelby County, TN is looking for a Program Director to manage the day-to-day operations of the local sports franchise. This includes overseeing marketing, staff recruitment, and customer service to enhance the youth sports experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a highly motivated self-starter, and maintain a positive attitude working with kids and parents alike. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently and solve problems.
• Ability to take charge to ensure player safety.
• Willing to work a varied schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist in the creation and execution of a business marketing plan.
• Manage/supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coaches.
