Qualifications

• Experience officiating or coaching youth in sports desired.

Responsibilities

• Officiate games as referee, umpire, or judge and enforce rules impartially.
• Explain calls to coaches and players during play.
• Lead the youth sports pledge and start games on time.
• Maintain safe playing environment and ensure participant safety.
• Complete pre-game inspections and accurate game reports.
• Mentor minor youth officials when assigned.
• Adapt to different sports and manage game day operations.
