Job summary

RCX Sports in South Lyon, MI is seeking a part-time Game Day Operations Associate to manage game day activities for youth programs. You will help set up fields, assist coaches and officials, handle customer interactions, and ensure smooth operations during weekends and selected weekdays.

Training provided by RCX Sports. The role offers an hourly wage of $18–$25, with an annual pay increase potential based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee game day operations across multiple youth sports programs throughout the year, including NFL FLAG, NHL STREET, MLS GO, and NBA/WNBA Jr. Leagues
• Support sport-specific game day operations including set-up and break down of league booths and fields/courts, and handle game situations involving coaches, players, parents/guardians, and officials
• Establish relationships with coaches and officials, and fill in as a coach or official as needed
• Prepare official’s scorecards, sell mouth guards, and meet and greet customers at the field
• Communicate with supervisor throughout week, attend weekly Game Day Rep meetings at night and submit Weekend League Review (scores, events of the day, etc.)
• Communicate with supervisor throughout day via phone with internet access
• Respectfully resolve conflicts and address concerns and questions from customers appropriately
• Regularly attend coaches’ meetings, staff trainings, weekly meetings with supervisor
