Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serves as a sports specialist/clinician in a CYS program, supporting the Sports and Fitness Director and coaches.
• Models appropriate behaviors and helps coaches create safe, effective practice environments.
• Conducts practice and game visits to provide support and oversight.
• Inspects facilities and equipment for safety compliance and procures needed items.
• Maintains participant safety and accountability for program participants per DoD and Army policies.
