Job summary

TOCA Football in Johns Creek, GA is seeking a full-time Kids Class Manager to lead our youth soccer program. You’ll plan fun, safe classes, build a strong coaching team, and ensure a high-quality experience for players and parents.

You’ll drive marketing and growth, manage class operations, and coach development. The role requires 1–2 years of leadership in sports or related fields, passion for soccer, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of operations leadership experience—bonus points if in sports, retail, or hospitality.
• Experience managing kids' sports programs or coaching.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
• Passion for soccer and creating an exciting, safe environment for young players.
• Ready to lead full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute growth strategies to attract more players and grow the program.
• Manage class operations, scheduling, and ensure a safe, engaging experience.
• Recruit, train, and support coaches while upholding TOCA’s curriculum.
