YMCA of Greater Waukesha County in Waukesha, WI is seeking a Youth Sports Instructor. You will referee, coach, and supervise youth sports programs, creating a welcoming and safe environment for members and guests.
You will develop rapport with participants, work with other staff as part of a team, and enforce health and safety rules while maintaining emergency readiness. Applicants should be at least 16 years old and be willing to participate in in-service trainings.

Salary Range: $12.00 - $13.00 Hourly
Under the direction of the Youth Sports Director and in accordance with Association policies, a Youth Sports Instructor should be able to motivate others in the areas of self-awareness and self-confidence through coaching and supervising, be able to motivate and effectively communicate with members, parents and students, and exercise mature judgment and sound decision-making.
Individuals considered for this job must have a willingness to provide a fun and safe environment with a positive and outgoing attitude for all youth and sports programs. Individuals in this job must be at least 16 years of age and have the following abilities: exercise mature judgment and sound decision making; relate to people in a positive, but firm manner; observant; safety conscious; react calmly and quickly in an emergency; effectively communicate information on YMCA programs to members and participants; lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and have full range of body movement.
