You will promote core YMCA values, manage equipment, and collaborate with staff to ensure quality programming.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with childcare or youth sports background, strong communication skills, and availability for evenings and weekends in a gym/sports field setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience with childcare and youth sports preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children and adults.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Basic knowledge of sports and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and instruct sport drills to grow participants' skills.
• Promote YMCA core values and character development.
• Maintain program area, equipment and records; assist setup/breakdown.
• Engage youth safely and foster a positive member experience.
• Report issues to the Sports Director and participate in events.
