Soccer Shots Greater Charlotte is hiring part-time coaches to lead fun soccer activities for children ages 2–8. This role offers a flexible schedule, making it ideal for college students, teachers, and childcare workers. Coaches can earn between $95 and $475 per week based on their schedule, with paid training and all necessary equipment provided. A passion for working with kids and prior experience is preferred, but soccer knowledge is not required. Join us in making a positive impact on children's lives while staying active outdoors.

At Soccer Shots of Greater Charlotte, we get paid to play! We teach soccer to children ages 2–8 in a positive, fun, and encouraging environment.

Soccer knowledge is a bonus but not required — we provide paid training and all equipment.

This is a great opportunity for college students, teachers, camp counselors, childcare workers, stay at home parents or anyone who enjoys working with young kids.

Pay

• $19 per 25–45 minute session
• Coaches typically lead 5–25 sessions per week
• Coaches typically earn $95–$475 per week depending on schedule
• Pay increases based on coaching performance
