Soccer Shots Greater Hartford/Central CT is looking for passionate soccer coaches who can commit to 20–30 hours per week. Coaches will lead engaging soccer sessions for children aged 2–8, fostering their confidence and friendship through play.

No experience is necessary, as thorough training is provided. The role offers competitive compensation of $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, a flexible schedule, and an opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives.

Looking for passionate soccer coaches who can commit to 20–30 hours per week serving children ages 2–8 at local schools and parks. We’re looking for energetic, fun individuals who love working with kids and being active.

At Soccer Shots, we’re not just teaching soccer — we’re helping kids build confidence, character, and friendships through play. Our nationally recognized program introduces young children to the game in a way that’s fun, high-energy, and age-appropriate.

What You’ll Do

• Lead fun, engaging 30–45 minute soccer sessions for children ages 2–8
• Create a positive and energetic environment where kids can learn and grow
• Help make Soccer Shots the best part of each child’s week
• Track attendance and communicate with leadership as needed
• Distribute end-of-season prizes and celebrate each child’s progress

No coaching experience? No problem — we provide all the training you need!

• Outgoing – Willing to be animated, energetic, and even a little silly!
• Reliable – Able to commit to a consistent schedule for a 6–8 week season
• Communicative – Responsive and able to stay in touch with the team

Soccer Experience Is Preferred, But Not Required.

Experience working with children is a big plus!

Requirements

• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• High school diploma
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check
