Job summary

Soccer Shots of Greater Charlotte is seeking part-time coaches to teach children ages 2–8 in a fun, active environment. You’ll lead sessions with 6–12 kids, create a positive energy, and help kids build confidence through soccer-based activities.

We provide paid training and all equipment, with 5–25 sessions per week and pay of $19 per 25–45 minute session, averaging $95–$475 weekly. Schedule is flexible for fall and future seasons, with weekday mornings and Saturday mornings as options.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ages 2–8 (coach, babysitter, camp counselor, etc.).
• Energetic, reliable personality with strong communication skills.
• Passion for helping young kids grow and learn.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead 6–12 children in fun soccer-based activities.
• Create a positive, energetic environment.
• Arrive prepared and on time for each session.
• Record attendance after classes.
• Commit to coaching multiple seasons.

Soccer knowledge is a bonus but not required — we provide paid training and all equipment.

Pay

• $19 per 25–45 minute session
