When Soccer Shots first started, we dreamed of what we might be able to do... Since then, our dream has turned into an even better reality. Through Soccer Shots, we've impacted thousands of children in and around our communities. We attribute much of our success to the dedicated, fun, and a little bit crazy team we've put together. We're passionate about what we do, and are looking to add people to our team who feel the same -- people who are fired up about the idea of impacting the next generation through the game of soccer.

Soccer Shots coaches are:

1. Safety-conscious: The #1 priority is the safety of children under their care.
2. Caring: Engaging with each child through specific and positive affirmation.
3. Organized: Planning ahead and conducting each session according to the lesson plan, maintaining appropriate order for the age group.
4. Responsible: Committed to doing what is expected as a coach and face of Soccer Shots.
5. Energetic: Creating a fun and exciting atmosphere that encourages children to smile and participate.
6. Flexible schedule: Available several mornings and/or afternoons during the week and Saturday mornings, especially from 9am - 12pm. Flex scheduling is available for sessions in mornings, afternoons, seasonal evenings, and weekends. All coaches are required to work or assist with Saturday programs.

Applicants must also be willing to commute between Madison, Morgan, and Limestone Counties of North Alabama, including but not limited to Athens, Decatur, Harvest, Huntsville, Madison, and Monrovia.
