Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; a high school diploma with 4 years coaching experience required.
• Coaching certification (e.g., USSF, UEFA, NSCAA) preferred; CPR and First Aid certification within 90 days.
• Experience working with children in sports or recreational settings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct soccer training sessions tailored to age and skill level.
• Teach fundamental and advanced soccer techniques, tactics, and strategies.
• Monitor and assess player development and provide constructive feedback.
• Lead practices, games, and tournaments with equal playing time for all players.
• Ensure a safe playing environment by following safety guidelines and facility rules.
