Job summary

Soccer Shots Boston is seeking a passionate youth soccer coach to lead safe, engaging classes for children ages 2–8 in Brookline, MA.

No soccer experience required; we provide training and a weekly curriculum focused on motor skills, character development, and fun.

You’ll arrive early to set up, manage equipment and roster, give post-session feedback, and participate in team trainings for ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about youth development and safety.
• No prior soccer experience required.
• Ability to work with ages 2–8 and create engaging sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes).
• Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development.
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment.
• Engage each child individually during class.
• Manage equipment and class roster.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
• Provide post-session feedback to parents or coordinators.
• Use creativity to keep sessions engaging and impactful.
