Soccer Shots Boston is seeking an energetic, full-time Children's Soccer Coach to inspire the next generation of players in the Boston, MA area. Turn your love of soccer and working with kids into a rewarding career in a fun, active environment that emphasizes safety and development.

You will plan engaging sessions, teach basic skills, and work with families to track progress while traveling to partner sites.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children in a coaching, teaching, or childcare setting.
• Strong soccer knowledge and background as a player or coach.
• Excellent communication, energy, and enthusiasm for youth development.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Positive, patient, and encouraging demeanor with children of all skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate soccer coaching sessions for young children
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all participants
• Teach fundamental soccer skills including dribbling, passing, and teamwork
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress
• Travel to local schools, parks, and recreation centers to lead scheduled programs
• Maintain equipment and ensure all safety protocols are followed during sessions
• Participate in staff training, development meetings, and curriculum planning
