Job summary

Soccer Shots is hiring part-time coaches to lead engaging 30–45 minute sessions for children aged 2–8 at schools and parks, with a flexible 20–30 hour weekly schedule. You’ll create an energetic, safe, and fun environment, helping kids build confidence and social skills through play.

No coaching experience? Training is provided, and candidates who love working with kids and staying active are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Looking for passionate soccer coaches who can commit to 20–30 hours per week serving children ages 2–8 at local schools and parks. We’re looking for energetic, fun individuals who love working with kids and being active.

At Soccer Shots, we’re not just teaching soccer — we’re helping kids build confidence, character, and friendships through play. Our nationally recognized program introduces young children to the game in a way that’s fun, high-energy, and age-appropriate.

What You’ll Do

• Lead fun, engaging 30–45 minute soccer sessions for children ages 2–8

• Distribute end-of-season prizes and celebrate each child’s progress

No coaching experience? No problem — we provide all the training you need!

• Reliable – Able to commit to a consistent schedule for a 6–8 week season
• Communicative – Responsive and able to stay in touch with the team

Soccer Experience Is Preferred, But Not Required.

Experience working with children is a big plus!

Requirements
