Job summary

Soccer Shots Los Angeles is hiring Part-Time Coaches to lead energetic 30–45 minute sessions for children aged 2–10. You’ll use our curriculum to boost confidence and character while ensuring a safe, engaging environment. Training is provided and coaching is designed to be fun and rewarding.

Starting pay includes paid training at $14/hour, with $20/hour after training, plus a weekly gas stipend and flexible scheduling based on availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Energetic and dependable individuals who enjoy working with children.
• No coaching experience required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance.

• Use enthusiasm, creativity, and care to help children build confidence and character through sport.
• Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to engage with energy and professionalism.
• Maintain a safe, organized environment and manage attendance rosters.
• Follow all site-specific safety and check-in procedures.
• Ensure every child feels seen, safe, and celebrated.

Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program focused on character development and fun for ages 2–10. Our caring team positively impacts children’s lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication.
