Soccer Shots Southwest Florida is seeking a part-time Youth Soccer Coach to inspire children aged 2–9 with energetic, engaging sessions. You’ll follow our curriculum, set up and tear down fields, and promote positive character growth in a supportive environment.

• Utilize Soccer Shots curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.

Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-9. You’ll laugh. You’ll break a sweat. You’ll go home at the end of the day knowing that you made a difference. It may be tough, but coaching our kids will be one of most rewarding things you ever do.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Base Pay
  • The training rate is $16/hour
  • After completing training, pay is $21/hour (including admin and setup/breakdown time).
  • Pay can be up to $37/hour through advancement

Schedule:

• Mondays through Fridays: mornings, afternoons, and evenings are available
• Saturdays: mornings are required
• Sundays: Once a month coaches meeting in the afternoon/evening.
