Job summary

Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-8. Local candidates only; no visa sponsorship. Schedule includes weekdays and occasional Saturdays with a ten-week commitment for lead roles.

You’ll receive paid training, a clear curriculum, and opportunities to advance into full-time roles, program coordination, and coaching leadership within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct soccer sessions for children ages 2–8 using Soccer Shots curriculum.
• Bring enthusiasm and creativity to make sessions engaging.
• Foster a safe, inclusive environment and model positive behavior.
• Communicate with families and caregivers about session progress and expectations.

Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-8.

You’ll laugh. You’ll break a sweat. You’ll go home at the end of the day knowing that you made a difference. It may be tough, but coaching our kids will be one of the most rewarding things you ever do.

Local candidates only please (no work status or visa sponsorship available)

PART-TIME SCHEDULE or FULL-TIME SCHEDULE

Hours between M-F, 8:30am-5:30pm (and Sat/Sun 9am-12pm)

Must be available to work one day out of the weekend.

Schedule:

• Flexibility – We only schedule sessions closest to you, with opportunities to change availability from season to season (winter/spring/summer/fall)
• Mondays through Fridays: mornings, afternoons, and evenings are optional
• Saturdays: mornings are required
• A full ten-week commitment is required to take on a lead role.

The Job:

• Bring “Soccer Island” alive with your enthusiasm and creativity
• Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
• Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers
