Soccer Shots Middlesex is seeking a passionate youth soccer coach to guide children ages 2-8 through fun, safe, and instructional sessions. No prior soccer experience required, and training is provided.

Flexible hours and a direct 90-day track to lead coach responsibilities offer growth, along with bonuses and paid training. Join a program that prioritizes development, safety, and a love of the game for young players.

Responsibilities

• Coaching fun, safe, instructional based classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes)
• Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment
• Engage each child individually during class
• Manage equipment and class roster
• Attend team meetings and trainings
• Provide post-session feedback
• Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful
• Have fun!

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
