Soccer Shots Middlesex is seeking a passionate youth soccer coach to work with children aged 2-8. No soccer experience is required; the role emphasizes safety, fun, and a positive community impact in Middlesex.

You will lead engaging, beginner-friendly sessions, follow a weekly curriculum, arrive early to prep, and provide post-session feedback. Flexible hours and advancement opportunities are available with training and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Safety conscious and reliable in a classroom/sport setting.

Responsibilities

• Coaching fun, safe, instructional based classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes).
• Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development.
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment.
• Engage each child individually during class.
• Manage equipment and class roster; attend team meetings and trainings.
• Provide post-session feedback and use creativity to keep sessions engaging.
