Soccer Shots Middlesex is seeking a passionate youth soccer coach to work with children aged 2-8. No prior soccer experience is required, and you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing development.

This role offers flexible hours, discounts, a clear path to lead coach within 90 days, seasonal bonuses, and paid time off for full-time staff. You’ll coach fun, instructional classes, follow a weekly curriculum, and contribute to a positive, energetic learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Coaching up to 12 kids in 30–45 minute classes.
• Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development.
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment.
• Engage each child individually during class.
• Manage equipment and class roster.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
• Provide post-session feedback.
• Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful.
