Job summary

Soccer Shots Middlesex is seeking a passionate youth soccer coach to lead fun, safe, instructional classes for children aged 2-8. No soccer experience is required, and the role offers flexible hours and a clear path to advancement.

Coaches will follow a weekly curriculum emphasizing motor skills and character development, arrive early to prepare equipment, and provide constructive feedback after sessions while maintaining high safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Coaching fun, safe, instructional based classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes)
• Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment
• Engage each child individually during class
• Manage equipment and class roster
• Attend team meetings and trainings
• Provide post-session feedback
• Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful
• Have fun!
