Job summary

Soccer Shots Middlesex is seeking a passionate youth soccer coach to inspire children ages 2-8 with fun, safe, and instructional classes. No soccer experience is required, and we offer flexible hours, a direct 90-day track to lead coach, and seasonal bonuses.

You will run small-group sessions (up to 12 kids), follow a weekly curriculum focusing on motor skills and character development, arrive early, provide feedback, and participate in trainings to grow with Soccer Shots.

Responsibilities

• Coaching fun, safe, instructional based classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes).
• Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development.
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment.
• Engage each child individually during class.
• Manage equipment and class roster.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
• Provide post-session feedback.
• Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful.
• Have fun!
