Job summary

Super Soccer Stars in Fontana, CA is seeking a Youth Soccer Coach to lead engaging, safe practices that build soccer fundamentals and teamwork.

You will follow a weekly curriculum, motivate players with positive reinforcement, and help develop leadership and social skills while promoting sportsmanship.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and positive attitude required.
• Experience teaching/coaching children preferred.
• Ability to follow a weekly Soccer Stars curriculum.
• Passion for developing athletic skills and teamwork.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Flexible schedule including some nights and weekends.

Job description

• As a Youth Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for leading classes in a positive, enthusiastic, and safe environment
• You will facilitate skill-building exercises, games, and teamwork activities that not only teach soccer fundamentals but also encourage social skills and sportsmanship
• Prepare and conduct engaging practices and games for various age groups
• Use positive reinforcement to motivate and encourage players
• Foster a love for soccer while promoting teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship
• Assist in evaluating players’ progress and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times
