Job summary

Super Soccer Stars is seeking Youth Soccer Coaches to inspire and develop young athletes aged 1-10 through fun, engaging soccer sessions. You will lead classes in a positive, safe environment, facilitating skill-building exercises, games, and teamwork activities.

The role emphasizes safety, social skills, and sportmanship while supporting coaches with training and ongoing feedback. Evening and weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and developing their athletic skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and create a fun atmosphere.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from class locations required.
• Experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, or mentorship capacity preferred.
• Ability to commit to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to undergo background checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct engaging practices and games for various age groups.

Your Role:
