Job summary

Super Soccer Stars is seeking Youth Soccer Coaches to lead classes for children aged 1-10 in a positive, safe environment.

You will run practices and games that build soccer skills and social development, while promoting teamwork and sportspersonship. Training is provided, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and compensation is offered at $18–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with children and parents.
• Experience working with children in coaching, teaching or mentorship is preferred.
• Commitment to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old and reliable transportation.

Your Role:

As a Youth Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for leading classes in a positive, enthusiastic, and safe environment. You will facilitate skill-building exercises, games, and teamwork activities that not only teach soccer fundamentals but also encourage social skills and sportsmanship.

• Prepare and conduct engaging practices and games for various age groups
• Use positive reinforcement to motivate and encourage players
• Foster a love for soccer while promoting teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship
• Assist in evaluating players' progress and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times

Requirements

• Passion for working with children and developing their athletic skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and create a fun atmosphere
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation to and from class locations required
• Experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, or mentorship capacity preferred
• Ability to commit to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Willingness to undergo background checks as required
