Job summary

Super Soccer Stars seeks a Children’s Soccer Coach in Spotswood, NJ to lead fun, age-appropriate soccer classes for children aged 2-12. You will deliver the curriculum, nurture skill development, and foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere.

Travel between locations and communicate effectively with families are key parts of the role. Ideal candidates are at least 18, have a passion for sports, excelente communication, and flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Passion for sports and inspiring young athletes.
• Strong communication skills with children, parents, and staff.
• Soccer experience not mandatory but preferred.
• Flexible to work weekday mornings, afternoons and weekends.
• Ability to travel to multiple class locations (up to 30 minutes).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as per local laws.

Become a Children’s Soccer Coach and Inspire Kids!

At Super Soccer Stars, we are dedicated to making soccer fun and accessible to children of all ages. As a Soccer Coach, you will teach young children ages 2-12, helping them develop their soccer skills and confidence while fostering a love for the game.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct energizing and fun soccer classes for children aged 2-12.
• Use age-appropriate drills and games to teach soccer fundamentals.
• Learn and deliver soccer curriculum provided by Soccer Stars.
• Provide individual attention to each child, ensuring skill development and personal growth.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all participants.
• Interact positively with children, parents, and staff to maintain open communication.

Compensation:

Pay ranges $25-$30 per hour for Youth Coach, $30-$35 per hour for Lead Coach.

• Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, childcare) preferred.
• Must have a passion for sports and a desire to inspire young athletes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with children.
• Soccer experience not mandatory but preferred.
• Flexible to work weekday mornings, afternoons and weekends.
• Ability to travel to various class locations (up to 30 minutes away).
