Job summary

Soccer Stars in Delray Beach, FL is seeking an energetic Youth Soccer Coach to inspire young players and build foundational skills. You will lead age-appropriate practices, teach dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork, and ensure a safe, fun environment.

The role emphasizes positive feedback, strong communication with parents, and a passion for developing young athletes. Prior coaching or teaching experience is preferred, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of soccer rules, techniques and development fundamentals.
• Excellent communication with children and parents.
• Patient, enthusiastic, and encouraging coaching demeanor.
• Reliable transportation and ability to supervise practices and games.
• Background check required; prior youth coaching preferred.

Requirements:

• Previous experience coaching, teaching, or working with youth in a sports setting preferred
