Job summary

Super Soccer Stars in Kissimmee is seeking an enthusiastic Youth Soccer Coach to inspire young players aged 12 months to 12 years. You will lead fun, age-appropriate classes, build confidence, and help kids develop basic soccer skills in a safe, energetic learning environment.

We value warm communication with parents, teamwork, and a growth mindset. A flexible morning/afternoon schedule is available, with on-site coaching and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher is required.
• Experience coaching or teaching children is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enjoyable, age-appropriate soccer classes for ages 12 months to 12 years.
• Maintain a safe, energetic, and supportive learning environment.
• Foster teamwork and sportsmanship among participants.

As a Youth Soccer Coach, You Will:

• Lead fun, engaging, and age-appropriate soccer classes for children aged 12months -12years.
• Managing small groups of children and maintaining a safe, energetic, and supportive learning environment.
• Foster a positive and friendly environment where every child feels valued.
• Encourage teamwork and sportsmanship while developing basic soccer skills.
• Inspire young athletes to embrace their passion for soccer!

Your Qualifications:

• High school diploma or higher.
• Experience communicating warmly with parents.
• Basic soccer knowledge and a willingness to learn and grow with our coaching methods.
• A valid driver's license.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Experience working with children in any capacity (coaching, teaching, or childcare); experience working with children aged 12 months to 6 years old is a plus.
• CPR and first aid certifications are a plus.
• Spanish is a plus.
• Weekday morning/afternoon availability is a plus.
