Job summary

Soccer Stars in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an energetic Youth Soccer Coach to join our community program. You will plan engaging practices, teach fundamental ball skills, and supervise players to keep sessions safe and fun.

As part of our team, you’ll communicate with parents about progress and schedules, foster a inclusive and sportsmanlike environment, and help young players build confidence and teamwork through soccer.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or teaching youth in sports preferred.
• Strong knowledge of soccer rules and player development.
• Excellent communication with children and parents.
• Patient, enthusiastic coaching demeanor.
• Reliable transportation.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead age-appropriate youth soccer practices and drills.
• Teach fundamental soccer skills including dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork.
• Supervise and ensure the safety of all players during practices and games.
• Provide positive, constructive feedback to help players develop confidence and ability.
• Communicate progress and schedules with parents and guardians.
• Set up and break down equipment before and after sessions.
• Foster a fun, inclusive, and sportsmanlike environment for all participants.
