Job summary

Soccer Shots - FABW is looking for energetic coaches to lead fun, structured soccer sessions for children ages 2–8. You’ll deliver our curriculum, emphasize safety and character development, and ensure a positive experience for kids and families.

Role requires weekend availability, reliable transport, and a High School Diploma. Training is provided, uniforms and equipment are supplied, and you’ll earn $20/hour during sessions with $15/hour during training.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability is required.
• Passion to positively impact youth players (ages 2-8).
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License or State ID.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage a class of up to 12 children at a Pre-K school, park, or indoor field.
• Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development.
• Arrive on-time (early) to locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families.
• Manage class rosters and fill out session feedback forms.

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We specialize in programs for children ages 2 through 8 years old. We're passionate about what we do, and are looking to add people to our team who feel the same way!
