Job summary

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program focused on character development. We guide players ages 2–8 through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication to build confidence and teamwork in a fun setting.

We are hiring for weekend coaching roles in the Shippensburg area. The position offers flexible scheduling, thorough training, uniforms and equipment, and opportunities for advancement with competitive pay and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability is required.
• Passion to positively impact youth players (ages 2-8).
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License or State ID.
• Eligible to work in the U.S., and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage a class of up to 12 children at a Pre-K school, park, or indoor field.
• Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development.
• Arrive on-time (early) to locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families.
• Manage your class rosters and fill out session feedback forms.

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We specialize in programs for children ages 2 through 8 years old. We're passionate about what we do, and are looking to add people to our team who feel the same way!
