Job summary

Soccer Shots is seeking energetic coaches to work with children ages 2-8 at local franchises. You’ll lead sessions (30-45 minutes) with up to 12 kids, following our curriculum and safety standards. Weekend availability is required and training is provided to get you started.

We offer flexible scheduling, a supportive team culture, uniforms and equipment, reimbursement for licenses, and opportunities for professional growth within the Soccer Shots network.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability is required.
• Passion to positively impact youth players (ages 2-8).
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License or State ID.
• High School Diploma; eligible to work in the U.S., and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage a class of up to 12 children at a Pre-K school, park, or indoor field.
• Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development.
• Arrive on-time (early) to locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families.
• Manage your class rosters and fill out session feedback forms.

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We specialize in programs for children ages 2 through 8 years old. We're passionate about what we do, and are looking to add people to our team who feel the same way!
