Job summary

Nashville Soccer Club Academy is seeking an Academy Scouting Coordinator to support the Head of Academy Scouting with our player tracking system, scouting administration, recruitment coordination, and trial management.

The role maintains and updates scouting infrastructure, databases, reporting, and video resources to help identify, evaluate, recruit, and monitor elite youth talent across the region. Evening/weekend events and travel are expected as part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Airtable, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and reporting tools.
• Experience working with databases, CRM systems, or spreadsheet-based tracking systems through academic, internship, volunteer, or professional experiences.
• Ability to manage and interpret large volumes of information accurately.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by academy events and competitions.
• Excellent organizational, project management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel regionally.

• Coordinate academy trials
• Manage registrations and documentation
• Collect evaluations and communicate outcomes
• Support strategic planning
• Serve as recruitment point of contact
• Manage trial invitations
• Coordinate recruitment visits
• Ensure SafeSport and league compliance
• Maintain required documentation
• Support audit readiness
