Job summary

Nashville SC is seeking a part-time Assistant Performance Coach to support its Academy players through an integrated High-Performance program. The role combines on-field and gym activities aimed at developing youth athletes, requiring close collaboration with coaches and medical staff.

Ideal candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or a related field, CPR certification, and prior experience in youth soccer. Bilingual candidates in Spanish and English will be preferred. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Kinesiology or related fields is required.
• CPR certification is mandatory.
• Experience working with youth soccer is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-field warm-up, strength training, and rehabilitation sessions.
• Distribute player devices and handle data processing daily.
• Assist in developing off-season programs for athletes.
