Job summary

Qualifications

• Eligible to become QMHA per Oregon rules via degree or 3 years of experience.
• One to three years of experience with youth in clinical, educational, or social services settings.
• Trauma-informed, client-centered approach to youth services.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and families.

Responsibilities

• Teach and reinforce life skills, coping strategies, and independent living skills
• Support youth in ISSPs
• Provide services in homes, schools, and community settings
• Collaborate with guardians, residential staff, school personnel, and clinicians
• Implement therapeutic and behavioral support strategies under clinical guidance
• Document progress, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Assist youth with community engagement, appointments, and recreational activities
• Identify safety concerns and respond during crises
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development
• Provide after-hours crisis support as part of an on-call rotation
