Job summary

Copper Mountain Resort is seeking a Seasonal SRS Youth Indoor Support to assist in daily operations inside the Schoolhouse. You will greet and support youth guests, assist instructors, manage the TLC room, and coordinate GPS units daily, ensuring smooth class transitions and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes safety, strong communication, and a collaborative spirit with SRS staff and other departments in a lively mountain resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Develops a rapport with students and staff, creating a safe, fun, and learning experience for guests.
• Engages guests 100% of the time while addressing individual student needs.
• Maintains safety and tracks whereabouts of all students.
• Models Copper Mountain Resort values and mission to create memorable guest experiences.
• Collaborates with instructors, supervisors, and other departments as a team member.
• Responds quickly to emergencies while keeping guests and staff calm.
• Manages personal stress and balances work and life.
• Supervises children indoors and assists during meals, ensuring return to guardians.
• Assists in registration, equipment fitting, outdoor area upkeep, and class operations.
