Job summary

Winter Park Resort’s Ski + Ride Support Staff deliver safe, attentive childcare for ages 3–14, while assisting in indoor and outdoor school operations. You will work with instructors and resort teams to ensure a positive guest experience and smooth daily activities.

The role requires weekend/holiday availability, strong customer service, and basic computer skills; prior snowmobile/ATV experience is a plus, with training provided for Flaik GPS systems.

Qualifications

• Great customer service and ability to work with guests of all ages.
• Team-oriented, flexible and able to help where needed.
• Experience with computers; Excel used for records.
• Experience operating snowmobiles/ATV or similar OHV preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, pleasant care for children 3–14 within the Ski + Ride School.
• Interact with guests during check-in/out and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Perform gear checks and accompany lessons using Flaik GPS system.
• Coordinate with instructors, supervisors, patrol, and lift operations.
• Set up/tear down areas, log incidents, and follow safety procedures.
