Job summary

Responsibilities

• Attend monthly staff meetings and trainings.
• Directly supervise youth in care and communicate needs to supervisors.
• Actively lead daily activities including meals, sports, tutoring, and field trips.
• Follow posted schedules unless directed otherwise by a supervisor.
• Document client’s daily activities and ensure program policies are followed.
• Maintain facility security and assist with transport to appointments as needed.
