Qualifications

• Ability to connect with youth while maintaining good boundaries and being a positive role model.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and supervision to youth in the Emergency Shelter Program.
• Maintain a nurturing, therapeutic environment with a consistent daily routine.
• Monitor safety, conduct required checks, and document incidents and daily logs.
• Assist residents with goals, activities, and transportation when necessary.
• Guide youths with compassion, using positive reinforcement and appropriate boundaries.
• Attend required meetings and complete mandated trainings.
