Job summary

Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers is looking for a dedicated Caseworker for their Residential Facility. In this full-time role located in Columbus, Ohio, you will support youth through individualized treatment plans, manage caseloads, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science field is preferred.
• High school diploma/GED with minimum 3 years of experience in childcare or youth services.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of assigned youth.

• Facilitate therapeutic group and structured activities.
• Ensure compliance with OhioMHAS standards.
• Maintain organized client records.
