Responsibilities

• Supervises staff providing services and information to customers and trains personnel.
• Responds to requests for informational materials and researches material requests.
• Prepares notices, reconciles billing discrepancies, and issues reminders.
• Maintains inventories and purchases materials; manages displays and cleans work areas.
• Receives customers, answers calls, provides information or directs requests accordingly.
• Handles information requests using advanced technological equipment.
• Interprets agency policies; helps develop daily operation policies and procedures.
• Prepares mail, sorts parcels, and manages postage processes.
• Screens and verifies documents for accuracy and compliance.
