State of Missouri's Division of Youth Services seeks a Youth Services Supervisor to lead treatment teams, supervise staff, and ensure the safety and care of youth in day treatment and residential programs.

The role requires coordinating treatment plans, supervising staff, and communicating progress with courts and families, while maintaining security and managing emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or a Bachelor’s degree with 15 credit hours in Counseling, Criminal Justice, Education, Psychology, Sociology, or Social Work.
• One year or more of professional youth-treatment experience or related certification.
• Requires valid driver’s license at all times.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise youth treatment teams; provide direct supervision to Youth Services Workers.
• Train, evaluate and coach staff; participate in performance reviews and scheduling.
• Lead weekly youth group meetings and steer group interactions.
• Oversee outdoor programs and assess youth activities and skill development.
• Communicate progress reports to court and community counterparts; adjust plans as needed.
