Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychologist, LMFT or LCSW.
• Minimum of one-year management or supervisory experience over staff who provide direct behavioral health services to children.
• Valid CA driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
• CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day clinical/administrative operations of the assigned team, ensuring services follow treatment plans.
• Align team around common objectives to uphold contract and organizational policies.
• Ensure staff documentation, assessments, and paperwork meet standards for compliance and timeliness.
• Review staff performance evaluations and facilitate disciplinary actions as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with State/County agency representatives and community partners.
