Job summary

Paycom in Milledgeville, GA seeks a Lead Youth Tracker (Part Time Regular) to back up the Program Director, supervise the program, and share on-call responsibilities. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to complete daily tracks.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring trainings, maintaining safety and cleanliness of facilities, and data entry into JTS and ETO. A clean driving record, background check, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one year of experience working with troubled youth or substantial college completion plus two years working with youth.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license with insurance.
• Clear criminal background check and drug screen results required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervision of program staff and ensure daily contacts are made by Youth Trackers.
• Monitor staff trainings and assist with on-the-job training for new staff.
• Maintain communications with Program Director and Youth Trackers.
• Conduct face-to-face daily contacts with youth at various locations.
• Maintain GPS unit inventory and data entry into JTS and ETO systems.
